Custom Real Alum Reflective Interstate Road Sign
This is a real highway sign on .080 aluminum. It has white 3M High Intensity Prismatic reflective sheeting and blue and red ec film and vinyl over that. It has pre-punched mounting holes in the aluminum, but the holes in the reflective sheeting on the face have not been punched out, if you want them cut out, you can easily cut them out with a utility knife. This sign is 24" and is a nice size to display. I will put whatever 1 or 2 numbered interstate and state (optional) you would like on the sign. Or anything you want can go on the sign. This is a real DOT sign made with current DOT materials.
Here comes the small print. These signs are made for construction purposes and not Art. They are made by applying the reflective sheeting to the aluminum and then the black vinyl is laid over the top of that. They can and probably will have small blemishes, these are to be expected. These are not screen printed like the cute little tin signs you see in tourist traps, these are the real deal. This is exactly what I sell to DOT contractors every day. Most blemishes are only visible when you hold the sign up close and not when it's displayed. Fabrication lines are in the reflective sheeting and are not blemishes.
