Charles Owen JL9 cross-country safety vest. Black. Size Childs XL but fits small adults as well (I'm 5'3" and 125lbs and it fits me great).  Very adjustable. Super comfortable and molds to your body, you forget you're wearing it! Lightly used and well cared for. Freshly washed. All stitching is tight and intact. Zipper works well. Velcro is super sticky. No rips/holes/tears etc.  Only selling because I have two and am trying to de-hoard!  Happy Bidding and Happy Riding!
