It is the buyers responsibility to offload the lift from the truck - you will need a forklift or bobcat to offload the 2000 lb, lift. The driver is not responsible for unloading the lift. A few scratches and scrapes can happen when shipping large equipment such as lifts - we can provide touch up paint if needed
