Selling my 2002 Honda S2000 AP1
Car is factory OEM, Clean title + Carfax, all 10/10 matching VIN tags.
Mechanically great; the car runs and drives very well. Engine is healthy, transmission shifts smoothly with no grinds, brakes and tires are new. The car is stock, so nothing as far as annoying exhaust notes, questionable cosmetic enhancements, or electrical gremlins that come with the territory of a modified car.
Most recent maintenance including:
- New tires
- New brakes (OEM spec)
- CV Boots
- Sway Bars
- AC Compressor
- Wiper Blades
- Valve cover gasket
- Battery
Issues/Imperfections/Notable wear:
- Driver seat bolster has visual wear, no rips, from getting in and out of.
- Dent in driver’s door
- Ding in pass. rear quarter panel.
- Bit of rust started on pass rear quarter and had DIY fix.
- Top is due for replacement. (Functional mechanically, canvas is bad)
I have a brand new top for it as well. Needs to be installed, I’ve not yet gotten around to this. Have discounted the price ,000 to account for this to be installed (upper end of labor at Honda dealership or local upholstery shop to replace).
Asking ,000 and pretty set on this. It is a rare car to come by, being stock and clean titled. Carfax has it at ,000+ in excellent retail condition. Private party in “good” shape is at ,000. I believe k is fair given the market, time of the year, and condition/pros and cons of the car. ,500 firm to get it sold.
