Vehicle Details
I am the 3rd owner of this S2000. The 2nd owner had it since 2003. I stalled a new soft top, clutch, flywheel, Koni struts, and Tein shocks. The engine block was rebuilt by an extremely well known company called Inline Motors. It is still under warranty and only 600 miles driven since the rebuild. Garage kept and starts up every time. This vehicle has 0 accidents, few rock chips and scuff on the front right bumper from the last owner. I had the stock wheels refinished and put new rotors and pads. Has new rear tires but the fronts do need replacing as they are starting to age with plenty of tread. Never tracked. The only cons to this car is, I think the bearing is starting to go out in the transmission which I did not have not when the clutch went in. Also, after I installed the new cross drilled and slotted rotors in the rear, they make a noise going over the slotted parts so I would recommend changing to a different rotor for the rears. The radio turns on, but says code on the screen so I can’t play anything. I think it just needs a reset but I haven’t taken it to Honda yet because it was never a priority for this car. Most people replace it to an aftermarket one that provides Bluetooth. Other than that and them being minor cons, there are not many stock yellow S2000’s that haven’t been tracked or driven hard. I need to get rid of this vehicle because I want to free up space for a car that I have on order coming in at the end of the year.
